August 4th
There will be a event meeting on Friday August 4th at the lake at Macks Creek Park, the start of the event. Mandatory for 1st time event participants.
Swimmers & SUP: 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM or as long as needed.

From the Boise Airport:
- Take I-84 approx 3 Miles to Exit 57.
- Turn Left on E. Gowen Road (SH-21) for Approx 12.5 Miles
- Turn Right on E. Spring Shore Rd. (Arrow Rock Road) right after the big bridge.
- Stay on Arrow Rock road for 4.5 Miles to Macks Creek Park on right side of road
Aug 5th (Event Day)
5:00 AM : People start showing up at the finish line to Car pool. All Swimmers who need a ride to the start line should be ready at the finish line (Lucky Peak Dam). The finish line will be at Barclay Bay and vehicles will meet in the parking lots. There won't be many people there other than us, so look for the Kayaks and headlights !! this is NOT a manditory meeting place. If you have transportation to the start line (Mac's Creek Campground boat launch) we will see you there.
5:30 AM : All participants must leave the finish line (Lucky Peak Dam) and head to the start line (Mack's Creek Campground). Carpools will be leaving the finish line to head over to the start line. This is about a 15 minute drive which will leave some time to walk to the water and/or warm up if needed. Please help each other with rides as needed.
5:45 AM : All swimmers need to be at the start area and signed in (Mack's Creek Campground). Everyone should have their number written on their body and a swim cap.
6:00 AM : START of the event for individual swimmers. (Mac's Creek Campground boat launch)
6:30 AM : START of the event for relay swimmers. (Mac's Creek Campground boat launch)
NOTE for SUP: We recommend to drop your SUP off the night before at the start line during the Pre-event meeting. They will be safely placed near Moosie's tent and can be picked up the following morning. If you do drop off your SUP Saturday prior to the event please note that parking will be limited at the start line.

NOTE:
- Start time "MAY" vary slightly due to size of event and/or conditions but individual swimmers will start at 6:00 AM.
- Depending on how many relay teams are involved, relay teams should start 30 minutes after the full length swimmers 6:30 AM.
- SUP event should start 90 minutes after the relay swimmers 8:00 AM.
- Anyone parking in the parking lots have to pay the parking fees required by the Parks and Rec.
- Event can be canceled at any time depending on the weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation all participants must exit the event.
- In the event of a cancellation due to weather there will be no refunds.
